Shipping Policy

We use Priority Two-Day, insured US Postal Service (USPS) on all shipments unless the customer specially requests and pays for another delivery option.

Shipping fees for orders are determined by USPS current rates for packages by weight and delivery location.

Some of our merchandise may carry an Oversize charge. If an item requires this charge, it will be listed in the shipping details.

Shipments are usually delivered in 2 business days. If you need an order shipped overnight please call us toll free at 1.866.856.2342.

A flat rate of $30.00 is charged for shipments to HI, AK, APOs and Canada.

Payment of Duties or Customs Fees is the responsibility of the customer.

In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. Out-of-stock items will be ordered from our vendor and shipped to you as soon as possible; Shipping time may vary from 1-3 weeks.

Sales tax is charged for all North Carolina orders and deliveries.

Returns Policy

Call Diane's Lavish Linens at 1.866.856.2342 to get a return authorization code number.

Any merchandise returned without an authorization code will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

In stock, ready made merchandise may be returned within 30 days for exchange or credit on your credit card in accordance with original payment method--less shipping costs incurred by Diane's Lavish Linens. If the item was shipped to you at no charge, the actual shipping costs incurred by Diane's Lavish Linens for the merchandise will be deducted from the refund.

Product must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt with the return.

Special orders of items that are not usually stocked--i.e., fabric, custom orders, and opened sheets are not returnable. Please note: Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including sheets, duvets, mattress pads, bed pillows, or pillow cases for return or credit.

Items returned after 30 days of shipment date will not be accepted for return.

All website images represent our products to the best of our ability within the spectrums depending on monitors, settings, video cards, etc. We cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately depicts the actual product texture, colors, or patterns.

Diane's Lavish Linens is not responsible for any typographical errors. Additionally, if a product is quoted by Diane's Lavish Linens at an incorrect price or due to a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been charged to the customer's account. If a credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.
